Happy new year everyone!

And may all your wishes come true!

 

Well I have to say I'm glad 2013 is over.. It was a strange and really hard year for me.
So, a new year, a new change and of course some new intentions.

Yes, of course I have some too, but I'll keep them for myself ;).

And I guess there is one thing we all wish for; Being more thankful for who you are,

And to be happy with the person you see in the mirror every morning.

And accept that if you are a size 'L' that you are een size 'L' and you are just perfect the way you are!

We must realize there are people who don't can't look in the mirror every morning

because, they don't have a house.

And okay, you are right this sounds really cliche but, just think for a moment there are some people out there.. who are unhappier then you are.

So, keep smiling and realize your life is actually great the way it is.

And your body is okay too.

So, the next time you look in the mirror

just smile and tell yourself, you are happy 

the way you are :)
